1.  Eligibility: 

 a. Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of I ndia. 

b. Educational qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent from 

   a recognized Board and minimum speed 40 w.p.m. in   English     typewriting. 

Desirable:  Degree  in  any  discipline  from  a  r ecognized  University  and 

proficiency  in  use  of  personal  computer  /word  processing/data 

entry.
