PROFESSIONALS/CONSULTANTS ON PURELY TEMPORARY AND

CONTRACTUAL BASIS FOR RESEARCH PROJECT ON “TRACKING

CHANGE IN RURAL POVERTY IN HOUSE HOLD AND VILLAGE

ECONOMICS IN SOUTH ASIA WITH FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

AND JOB DESCRIPTION.

Job requirements :

· Formulation of the study design including Sampling.

· Co-ordination and supervision of field survey.

· Database management , data analisis and report writing.

· Provide Assistance to research project team as require.

·

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

· M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Economics/ Statistics from a recognized university.

· P. hd., additional qualification, research experience , published paper in the relivent field

· Retired research/ academic professtionals with at least 5 year experience in the require domain field

Would also be eligible for this position.

DESIRABLE:

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Experience in collection, compilation and analysis of data.

· Knowledge of computer application , MS OFFICE.

· Priference will be given to candidate with 2-3 year experience.

DURATION

· One year may be extended up to five year.

No. Of Vacancy

· Three however no of posts may increase or decrease.

Age Limit

· Max 65 Year on first january 2010.

Fixed Pay

· Rs 30,000/-
